To merchants considering getting a POS from Edgeworks, please think twice. POS system itself is clunky and software is old with outdated UX design. The design is not intuitive and requires staff some time to pick up.

The worst part comes with the after service. Getting the system serviced was a nightmare. Appointments were never met and it seemed like the servicing guy was stretched being the only one in the company! Hope management addresses this.

I had to purchase a new POS (from a diff company of course) in order to prevent it from further disrupting us. The POS was barely 6 months old. With F&B being already as challenging as it it, you would not want a constantly faulty POS hindering sales.

There are definitely more sensible alternatives elsewhere so please save yourself the stress and trouble that will come with Edgeworks.
