Terrible company. Car was totaled Dec. 31st, 2016. State Farm paid off the evaluation Feb. 25th, 2017 and Honda told me I had to pay the remaining charges until gap paid them, or else reports would be made with the credit bureaus. Went ahead and paid off the balance while waiting for the gap refund as they promised that the process typically takes upto three weeks,

I call back a month later, only to find out that Honda was denied the GAP insurance from The Warranty Group because I had listened to them and paid the account off. Now, the Warranty Group has told Honda that they will only work with the customer, when previously, they said they would only work with the dealership as far as evaluating the car.
