I know calling the toll service is the last thing someone wants to do and given some of the reviews here it was an even more terrifying prospect. It may sound odd but I love talking to the people at the Ntta customer service center. I've had a toll tagbfor 5 years now and every time theirs been an issue on my part or theirs they are always pleasant and knowledgeable.
