I have to say, I've used other A/C and heating companies before and I've gotten robbed left and right. So I tried John Wayne services today after seeing reviews and I have to say I'm very impressed with my technician (Brent). He was very professional and curtious and most of all, very respectful to my wife and I. He suggested what needed to be done and what we can get away with until we are ready to purchase a new unit. Thanks Brent for not robbing us but saving us money. John Wayne services is for sure my to go to company from now on. Keep up the great work guy's. Very satisfied customer.
