The bellman was not very friendly. the front desk staff did give me a great room after I requested a change. hotel is a little less Hiltonish to me, but does have some cool features, mainly the elevator system. the hallways are dark and kinda gloomy make me feel like I'm in the shinning. the beds are comfy tho
