I have to cancel an appointment .... two full days...

I have to cancel an appointment .... two full days to call and I can still talk to anyone !!! I find either a telephone disconnected, or operators all engaged or an operator that puts me in connection with the Cup and falls off the line !!! Bad service as well as a complaint!
