We been there on family vacation and experience was not very good.

Cons-
1. Property is very old and management is unable to manage around 250 rooms.
2. They will randomly allocate you the rooms without checking the current status of the facilities.
3. TV was there but dish was not recharged, we followed up many times and after 6 hrs we were able to watch tv.
4. Water geyser was not working so taken bath in cold water.
5. Electricity backup was insufficient for all the rooms. 2nd days was pathetic due the same reason.

We been there on family vacation and experience was not very good.

Pros-
1. Property is very close to beach and having river side view.
2. Food quality and breakfast is awesome.
3. Scenic beauty outside.so just use your rooms only for sleeping.
4. Staff is good and helping.
5. Good for long vacation if don't want luxury.
