Complete rip-off merchants. Alleged I overstayed for more than 2 hours in an EMPTY car park. (all businesses at the retail park have been closed since 22/03). I am a delivery driver, dropping food off to vulnerable customers and I used the car park as a waiting area on 2 occasions on one day for less than an hour each. Clearly defective ANPR system not clocking vehicles in/out properly.
Used the online "appeals" procedure - misleadingly named as these people have NO legal authority and the inevitable outcome was a "computer says no" automated letter, despite the fact I provided GPS tracked evidence to show I was not in the car park for the time that they allege.
These people work on the basis that most people will just give in and pay. They are nothing but cowboys.
If you get a letter from these people - if you didn't overstay, DON'T PAY. Provide your evidence and tell them to do one.

Now written back to them to advise that I will now be issuing a court claim of my own to recover admin charges I have incurred as a result of them sending their fraudulent invoices via my car leasing company.
