Just picked up an order. They forgot to give me the dressing we ordered. I asked for them to deliver it since we were already home and my kids were eating. The manager (though I doubt she was actually a trained manager) told me to come pick it up or they will credit my next order (never will order again) when I said why won t you deliver I didn t forget anything and I paid for it, you made the mistake I just want you to correct it. She said she didn t actually give me the order and someone else there made the mistake, though she a supposed manager. She then hung up on me. Very professional. Last order ever from Jets no wonder you can t crack 2 stars.
