There was no valet parking or parking available. The cars were lined up down the block. We had to pull over on the side of the road and walk around asking people where to park. There were no trolleys or bell hops to help with luggage. The check in line was 40 people long. The rooms were very dusty - looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in months. The bathroom had toothpaste smears on the cupboards. There was food crumbs and feathers all over the edges of the furniture. The bathroom grout was molding. With covid, this is frightening. The only thing that I liked was the service at Starbucks in the lobby. We had two executive rooms. Never will we stay here again.
