Good food, especially breakfast, super.

Good food, especially breakfast, super.
Rooms very noisy, not really clean, windows, curtains, baseboards and the walls may need a makeover.
Do not smoke fresh, previously smoking room perhaps?
Not handy that you have to go to the other building to eat.
Staff friendly and helpful.
