I really do love it here. There is a great feeling of family in my building and especially on my floor. The chances for intellectual stimulation before Covid were tremendous and though we have been affected by the changes, I have felt very safe here because they have done a tremendous job of taking care of us. They are recently opened the pool with restrictions, but love swimming there for exercise.
I love the location, right in the middle of Gaithersburg where everything is easy to get to. This also gives those of us who want to an opportunity to work with the underprivileged in the community through our own Gaithersburg Beloved Community Initiative, so we're not just a bunch of privileged seniors sitting on a hill.
Our campus is also really beautiful is all seasons with two small lakes, and footpaths through forest and over stream. We have many beautiful trees and flower beds with picnic tables throughout.
