after one year of my son's broken ankle I received a bill for crutches that was suppose to have been paid . I have called and called about 30 times and when the message says I am finally first in line I get a voicemail saying " sorry if you get this message leave a detail message" and then says" sorry voicemail full" !! REALLY !!!!
