Lousy SSM e-info provider company. Call their hotline, no answer. Call HQ also no answer. Email also no answer.

Update : Re-rate to 3-stars due to their Facebook support being helpful. Recommending those who had problem with SSM e-info to get in touch via Facebook because they are more responsive and actually solved my problem. Thumbs up for that.
