My husband and I are here on a routine basis. Everyone is always so friendly and caring, and employees thank my husband for his service. They always take good care of us.

Trying to call the VA can be quite difficult at times, but the care you receive usually makes it worth a little hassle.

Called about a brother I served with and his mental health because he's gone off the deep end. I figured since he's been there for his PTSD they may be able to help. Mental health basically laughed at me and told me they can't do anything. So much for helping us out.

I have better care here than I had with premium insurance. The staff go out of there way to help. And Thank God for Community Care Service.

Since I can't afford civilian insurance I have no choice but to go here. All I get are NP's and they are puppets for the VA. I have arthritis, bulging discs, PTSD, anxiety attacks and they don't want to give me the meds to help with all of my SERVICE CONNECTED problems. I'm in pain 24/7/365 and they won't help. The staff lies and are protected legally from being held responsible for their actions.
The Inspector General has been contacted. No wonder vets end up taking their own lives. 99% of the vets problems are CAUSED by the VA and the civilians need to know this. FACT!!

Honestly, VA is not out to help the veterans, from my experience in any way. I ve learned this through incidents with my husband and a friends husband and now a friends grandfather. VERY poor care, assistance and aid in general. Save yourself the trouble, the stress and the heart ache and avoid the VA.

Great place... BETTER than Ann Arbor for care. Smaller is most time better... Not to happy with the canteen... posted $1.59 for large fountain and charge $1.79

Only 1 star because of how many veterans they leave on hold and don't answer so they hang up and never get the proper service they disserve. You may have tons of new upgrades but it begins with how vets get the appointments in a timely fashion.. starting with not leaving vets on hold for as long as it takes for them to hang up.

My husband is a patient at this facility. We are both very satisfied with the care he is given. The people working there are dedicated to the veterans. He has been given the best of care and sent out for care when needed.
