Overpriced and unprofessional. Not the way to get repeat business. I was trying to upgrade the radio in an older vehicle, and being new to installing a radio, I was trying to ensure that what I was buying would be a correct fit. The salesman acted very put out to have to deal with me and had even remarked that I was his toughest customer that day! Yeah because I had to go back 3 times to get the correct hardware because they didn't take 2 minutes to help a customer. Same unit I bought was about $40 cheaper on amazon and at Wal-mart! He did price match, but acted like he was doing me the favor. Buyer Beware.
