Their service department needs to work in their customer service. Everytime I come here and fyi I come cause I have to not cause I want to due to getting a deal when I bought the car to get free oil change as long as I'm the owner of the car. Anyways the people at the counter are just plain rude. They never acknowledge people and take forever to help you. You can be standing right in front of them and they just ignore you the only staff that is helpful and polite are the guys who check you in as soon as you pull up. Which is the only reason I give 2 stars.
