Good Afternoon,
I would just like to let you know what an excellent Field Service Engineer Behrooz Shojanezhad or Bruce (as I know him) is.

Our copier was jamming all morning. We could not find the source of the jam. And of course there was a big meeting to prepare for.

I could not tell you the relief I felt, when Bruce walked through the door! He visited our office over a year ago and I still remembered the excellent service he provided.

He solved the problem and found we had a bad fuse. His expertise and professionalism should be imitated!
