FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SPEAK ...
FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THE UNSATISFACTORY REPLACEMENT PRINTER THEY SENT ME.
I HAVE BEEN TREATED AS THOUGH I, JUST ONE CUSTOMER, WAS OF NO VALUE.
WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY SERVICE AND THE WAY THE TECHNICIANS, OR WHAT EVER THEY ARE CALLED, AND THE SUPERVISERS TREATED ME THEY JUST KEPT BLOWING ME OFF.
FOR TWO DAYS I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH INSENITIVE AND RUDE HP EMPLOYEES. I BELIEVE HP OUGHT TO OFFER SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION WHEN THEIR EMPLOYEES BEHAVE BADLY OR WHEN THIER PRODUCTS ARE LESS THEN ADEQUATE.
FREE INK, BLACK AND IF NECCESARY, IF IT IS WARRANTED, COLOR INK ALSO OR FREE MONTHS ON THEIR INK PLAN.
THEY SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER GIFT CERTIFICATES.
I REALLY WANTED TO GIVE THEM 1/4 OF A STAR
