Although a great development, Sobha is definitely out of touch with the market conditions in Dubai. They offer a very weak payment scheme and they are overpriced even after taking into account the luxury aspect of their Villas. There is no good reason for anyone to pay 3k per sqf almost within 18 months. This is not 2005!!
