I HAD ISSUES WITH A COMPANY THAT I HAD BEEN DOING ...

I HAD ISSUES WITH A COMPANY THAT I HAD BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH FOR A WHILE AND WAS A DEDICATED CUSTOMER. BUT I FOUND MYSELF IN A SITUATION TO WHEREAS I WAS BEING OVER CHARGED AND THE ITEM THAT HAD PURCHASED HAD TO BE RETURNED TWICE DUR TO DEFECT. I STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM AFTER BEING SENT OFF TWICE TO BE FIXED. ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT I HAD OCCURED AN ISSUE WITH ONE OF THE EMPLOYERS. AFTER CONTACTING BBB I WAS NOTIFIED BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS AND PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED ALONG WITH THE FACT I WAS OFFERED A BETTER REPLACEMENT FOR THE ITEM. BBB CONTINUED TO STAY IN CONTACT WITH ME TO MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN RESOLVED. I REALLY APPRECIATE BBB AND THEIR HELPFULNESS WITH THIS SITUATION. I KNOW NOT EVERY SITUATION WILL BE HANDLED THE SAME WAY BUT AS LONG AS YOU DO WHAT BBB ASK OF YOU TO DO IT WILL ALL WORK OUT. THANKS AGAIN TO BBB AND HELPING MYSELF AND THE COMPANY TO COME TO A MUTUAL AGREEMENT.
