[Updated - books received 2 days after MIA delivery with no response from bookstore]

What a frustrating experience with their after-sales support.

We chose delivery as the school recommended it in view of Covid-19 situation and we can understand if there are delays or missed deliveries if we are being kept in the loop.

However...

No delivery came on the scheduled date (10am to 6pm).
No updates of missed delivery either.
No one answers the hotline during office hours. You cannot even leave a message after the beep although the voice message asked you to.
Email? I am still waiting for a reply

Their delivery partner Yamato? The tracking number only shows "Received on DATE" and you can't get someone on hotline after that.
