Technician Russ Cunningham came to the house to clean and tune-up the furnace. He was able to modify the fan speed and air flow to give improved heat distribution through the house. He was obviously knowledgeable about the equipment, identifying which parts were original, those which had been replaced, and items to watch for to indicate pending failure or need for replacement. He gave me a realistic assessment of furnace condition, and the pros and cons of replacement, either now or down the road. This is the kind of service I wish all suppliers would provide. I would heartily recommend Russ to anyone looking for furnace service and maintenance.
