This is an excellent venue for a conference, provided that you do not get caught up in the daily rush hour! (If you do the you can easily add up to an hour of travelling time).
The venue is great and it is spotless with excellent facilities.
My one small gripe is that the entrance to the parking is not signposted with conference centre, but cunningly camouflaged as the local gym.
