How these people stay in business is a mystery to me. If you call them you'll be put on hold, if someone 'answers', you'll get a recording. If you leave a message, no one will get back to you.
I've been on hold right now for over ten minutes listening to a recording over and over and over I left a message yesterday (since the repair I got didn't work) and no one has called back, so this is my second attempt to actually talk to someone.
I've been through this over and over with these people. Emailing them is even more useless. I emailed once asking if they gave rides home, like they did previously and I was forwarded from one person to another to another and emailed back and forth over and over and no one could tell me. Just unbelievable.
