We ate at Chateau deli located in the fairmont lake louise hotel. The pastries were fresh and delicious. They had a good variety, ranging from soup, lattes, croissants, eclairs and much more. Service was fast and friendly. This shop can get really crowded and the seating is usually occupied. Fortunately there is plenty of seating outside. Its a good place to enjoy snacks while having an amazing view. Overall, highly recommended! Now, coming back to the hotel itself. I havent had the chance to stay here but my short visit makes me want to. The view of the lake is quite magical from the large windows at the back of the hotep and for that, Im really envious of the people who get to stay here. Truly a refreshing experience, maybe one day.
