OVER 4 hours waiting on a remote start .. They contacted me had it scheduled said it would take 1 and a half hour to 2 hours .. 4 and a half hours later .. IM STILL HERE!!! SMH .. no one contacted me to tell me there was a problem or anyting I had to go in there and start asking questions myself horrible customer service they get the money they don't care
