Worst Vendor I have hired for repairs. They should stick to their core competencies of cleaning carpet and floors. They were contacted in November to repair a vent pipe and water damage. After doing the estimate and accepting the job they did not contact me for over 2 weeks (December now). It was not until it was ready to rain again I contacted them and they could not get anyone out until a day after the rain. I should have fired them then. They did not reach back out to me for repairs to the interior until mid January. During those repairs they left us waiting for someone to show up on TWO different occasions. We received an insincere apology both times by project manager Nate. They also had to come out and make additional repairs because they did not do it right the first time. They sent a questionnaire with the invoice that I filled out asking for a manager to call...guess what no call. The only thing I can say is they did not increase the price on the invoice even though they used our paint and screwed us around. MORAL OF THE STORY FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR RESTORATION REPAIRS.

Update: Owner Bruce contacted me 3/4/15 after reading review and was very apologetic. In the end the repairs are done correctly and he did make it right.
