Honestly I would never recommend this company/bank...

Honestly I would never recommend this company/bank. I was a new business and put my trust into this company to help me start my business and the smooth talker Steve who made everything sound great just put me into a (financial pacific pickle) I should have read the fine print but they got me into what s called a equipment finance agreement) so on a $50,000 dollar loan I m paying $100,000 over a course of 5 years and not to mention they have charged me with 5 late fees which are at least $450 dollars if I am one day late. I use bill pay online so all my bills that are sent take 10 business days to get to the banks I pay bills to, I am aware that I have to send them 10 days early but if the bill pay takes a day longer they charge me fully for my late fee no if, ands, or buts about it. I have never had a problem with any other bank but this bank. There is no slack given with this company, they are all about themselves and money and not about the customer. Please do not get yourself into an agreement with this company for your own sake. I have no reason to lie I am not a competitor nor ex employee I am just trying to save anyone from making the mistake I made. Great company s are farmers national bank, Huntington, bank of the west, ally, cardinal credit union (my favorite) (out of mentor,oh) cardinal is phenomenal.
