Alden Park Strathmore has been a godsent!! My friend who I have taken care of for the last 8 years needed a place to go after the assistant living due to the increase disease of Alzheimer's. This facility has taken my friend under their wings and have cared for her as their own. They have treated her with respect and has allowed her to flow being her. She is loved there and they have become her family. The Nurses, the CNA', Therspist, Management down to the Cooks & House Keepers knows my friend and looks out for her, and makes sure she getting cared for. The staff treats me with the utmost respect and if there is a problem I report it and it is dealt with immediately!! I can't say nothing but good things about this place. When I took my friend out one day shopping and we were on our way back, she doesn't recall much but when we turned into the facility, she saw the building insight she said "there is my home" I asked or "how do they treat you there? and she said "they treat me well" This home always has something special for their residents to do or something special for going on. This place has been good for us; sure there's no place that is perfect and I don't expect them to be perfect but I do expect them to address problems or concerns that I may have and they have always made sure my friend needs were met and my concerns were important and dealth with in a timely matter. With that being said, all there is to say is.....
"We are very, very satisfied"
