While my Honda was not purchased from this location, this is the only location I've brought it to for service. They are conveniently located, provide a shuttle service and have good evening and weekend hours. I also love the ease of the online booking tool.

For my last service (swapping my winter tires out for the all season tires), it was a simple process: drop my car off, go out for dinner with my husband, get a phone call once my car was ready, and pick it up after dessert.

The staff at the service desk and the reception desk are pleasant and efficient. They seem to recognize me. Even if they don't, they certainly make me feel welcome. I will continue to bring my car here for oil changes, regular maintenance, and the twice annual tire swap.
