I had taken my vehicle to another shop, which could not fix it correctly, so I brought it to BMW. Alamd was very polite and listened to what was going on. He assured me that he would find the problem for me. He kept me in the loop as to what was happening throughout the process. At the end, my car was fixed the correct way, and drives great again.
