Our furnace broke down a day before the polar vortex and we have 2 small children. So we immediately called on Vernon Heating, John came out to look at the unit and was very direct with us - he could repair it but our unit was 20 years old and we would probably continue to sink money into it, so he recommended replacing it and saving ourselves money in the long run. At 9am on the dot the next morning Kenny and Mike showed up. They said the install would take 3-4 hours and they were in at 9am and out around 1pm. Mike and Kenny were courteous, efficient and professional. They talked to me about the furnace and our new Air Scrubber, but also walked me through the new digital thermostat and even advised me on our current humidifier. They joked around with my daughter, but also let me work while they went about their business, mostly keeping to the task at hand so as not to be intrusive. All of our experiences with Vernon Heating have been great so far and we would highly recommend them. Thanks for keeping our family warm, guys!
