I been coming to do my service at Honda LA DT since 2013, and as a customer I never had a problem, until my last visit (1-19-18) and I'm very disappointed with the service, I understand that I didn't make an appointment, but really?: I arrived around 8am to leave my car for a oil and rotation and went to my work , then I came back around 5pm and my car wasn't ready, they only told me sorry for the wait and that my car was next, so I went to wait. When I noticed that they were almost going to close I approached an employee and he told me that they were going to do the service until the other day because they were almost going to close, I let him know that no one told me of the possibility that my car hasn't going to get it service.
I really wasn't going to have I chance to come back the next days so I left my car there, and I got to pick it up around 10am the next morning.
