Good experience turned nightmare!

It was good when we first went to look at some vehicles and found a few we liked and no pressure.
It was a Mazdaspeed3 and ran GREAT except 2nd gear would pop out. We brought that to the attention of SaleamanChris and said service would look at it (before purchase).We spoke with the service manager and he said it was fine.
A few month after purchasing the car Mazda Dealership looked at the vehicle and said it needs a new transmission since 2nd gear went out.
We went back to Prestman and they were supposed to fix it BEFORE we purchased it. After back and forth fighting for a week they finally agreed to replace the transmission at no cost since we purchased a service contract. However it took 1 week to do the repair, we were without a car for 1 week!!! Debbie, Travis and everyone in service told us they do not offer loaner vehicles in the meantime (although their mistake).

Anyways we ended up leaving to AutoZone and get the parts needed and tools to fix it and finally were on our way home! After WE fixed it.
Soooo no they will NEVER get our business again. No one there was helpful after a problem arose.
