My simple oil change took over an hour. Nobody was working on my truck, I was just waiting. It was not busy at the time either. They also did not ask what I wanted done, they just started putting fluids in. I had to stop them and tell them I wanted full synthetic oil. They made the oil change reminded sticker wrong and had to redo it. They did not give me a receipt or a checklist of what was done. I have been here before and not had these issues. I will be getting oil changes fron somewhere else from now on.
