have quite a few rental homes in Riverside County, California and Las
Vegas, Nevada. I bought them all in the real estate mania of 2006.
Needles to say it has been difficult. The one bright light has been the
choice I made for management for the Riverside County properties.
California Realty Group has done a great job for me. They have kept the
homes occupied with relatively good tenants, have kept the properties in
good shape and have been great to deal with. As others have stated, they
are trustworthy and very responsible. I never have to call and ask why
something is not happening or why didn't you do that. They are always
accessible and there for me. I have not been happy with the Las Vegas
management company and I am always comparing the Vegas company with
California Realty Group and every time I do the worse the Vegas company
looks. With California Realty I always feel they are looking out for me
while the Vegas company always seems to be looking out for themselves.
With the Vegas company I always wonder if they are ripping me off and
taking advantage of the distance. I never feel that way with California
Realty.
