Horrible memories of being disrespected by the patient unit manager named Nora and ignored in terms of our patient's and our own needs as family members. Very aggressive personality types and insufficiently trained staff who did not recognize signs or perform the crushing of a pill properly. Our nurse could not take a temperature and an aide nearly caused our patient to be flipped out of bed. This place is supposed to offer comfort? It caused so much damage.
