Terrible! Upon walking in I wasn't sure if I had walked onto the set of a hoarders episode or a computer store. I was shocked back to reality by the owners dog charging me viciously growling. Once he got the monster under controlled he continuously talked to me about "building relationships" with his customers. I was seeking a specific motherboard and he did not have it. He quickly became upset with me. He wanted to charge me $80 an hour to diagnosis my issue (which I already knew what was wrong, just looking for a motherboard) and when I declined he screamed, "how dare you! This is not how you build relationships." Once I tried to defuse the situation he told me he had made his point and asked me to leave. Terrible customer service, terribly organized store, terrible ownership. I definitely do not recommend giving this man your business.
