Bad service, sad welcome. On several occasions during our one night stay we were surprised by the blatant lack of professionalism of the staff. An event (M for Montreal) was organized simultaneously during our stay, not only a lot of noise but we were relocated to the basement for lunch. Really unpleasant. I would never recommend to anyone.
