Unexpectedly, we needed to change out our 8 year old-winter tires and I have to say, our visit to the Penticton Hyundai Service Centre was nothing less than spectacular. I was with my toddler and was dreading the 1.5 hour that we would have to wait. However, from the moment we walked in (even though we had never been here), Darren and his team were so kind and professional. We were given the option of having the shuttle drop us off (and pick us up) but then, my toddler fell in love with the candy highlighters also on offer and insisted on drawing and doodling in the very comfortable lounge space they have (complete with TV and remote). We enjoyed chatting with other customers, laughing with staff and the hour flew by. Before I knew it, I was trying to convince my toddler to leave (fancy that eh?) The tires are great and I'm super thankful that they were able to squeeze us in before the dump of snow this week. Thanks for such great service Darren - all the stars and hope our paths cross again.
