Great service. Solid and quick repair. competent and engaging staff.
I was visiting from New York and doing some work at The Aviary around the corner from ReVamp. I found out that it was so close and decided to get my iPhone4 front and back screen repaired during my 30 min lunch break. The guy was very accommodating even though he was in the office alone and there were a lot of shipments arriving from UPS and USPS. Somehow he was able to handle me, the packages and repair my phone all in 25 minutes. We ended up having a really engaging conversation, which was also surprising considering how busy he was. It was actually an enjoyable experience, and I don't think I've ever described service repair in those words before.
They told me they were shifting away from onsite repairs and moving into supplying other repair houses, or something like that. Hopefully, they will continue with the onsite repairs, because my experience was spectacular!
