UPDATE: After reading their response, it infuriated me at the generic answer they were able to give. I didn't make my review after reading others reviews. I made this review after witnessing a wonderful employee get blackballed out of a job because their coworkers made up a lie to get them out of there after almost 20 yrs of service. St. John's gave absolutely no reason as to why the employee was losing their job. Due to this employee having a strong work ethic and some other employees not having that strong work ethic there was tension and it was much easier to get rid of one then the others. This was confirmed by many employees who worked with said employee for many years. That's where I'm getting my opinion for this review. I know this person very well and they had an excellent working record for almost 20 yrs. This is a sad way to treat people who dedicated themselves to your facility and residents...

.... Just hearing a story of what happened to a former employee makes my blood boil, not only from said employee's perspective but from many employees and family members of current residents. This place doesn't care about "quality care". They care about money. The bottom line is they will sacrifice a wonderful, caring employee for a bunch of trash that refuse to do what is needed to give these wonderful residents what they really need. And that is QUALITY CARE! I guess it's easier to get rid of one whistle blower than to have to replace a bunch of worthless employees. Be careful where you place your family members. And be vigilant in their care. The best looking places can have the most rotten employees.
