After they got my deposit... they never returned phone calls... after I called 3 times I was finally scheduled for Oct instead of Aug like the sales man told me I would be. Then they call aug 6th said they could get me in Aug 22... someone would call with a time the crew would show up. No one called. I called Susan who scheduled it at noon the day before. She never called me back. I called the sales man on my way home... he said I wasnt even on his schedule. I asked him to do some checking and call me back, which he never did. The next day they were supposed to show up. My husband sat around waiting for them to show up... no one did.i called the salesman on my way home his phone rang twice and went to voicemail, so he ignored my call. So I mailed in my canceled contract requesting my deposit back for breach of contract. Monday Jan called and left my husband a message. I called him back at 4 he didnt answer I left a message, and have never heard back. I will be taking further steps to get my deposit back.
