Low Price Low Ethics. With a positive balance, I tried to withdraw money from my account for 3 times (in a week) but I was declined for 3 times by 3 different agents for 3 completely unrelated reasons (all emails are in a single email chains). Yes, once you put money there, they will not deny its yours, but they will try their best to use whatever policy to disguise the fact that they want you money in. Because they can borrow your money to margin account holders, which creates interest. Later, I was so discouraged to get my money out, because I think they are legal fraud. The indirect loss related to their 3 "declines" is over $6000 USD. Meanwhile, a few of their internet agents are pretty friendly. I guess humble people get the lowest pay just like me. However, whoever is in charge of making an official reply or make decisions related to your account is generally not reliable. This is insane. I have never ever thought those sort of things could happen in CANADA. It makes me wonder if I am arriving the correct place on the earth. I was attracted to its cleaniess in terms of non-crimes and non-violence. But this makes me wonder if all the crimes are disguised under the mask of "law", "legal", "ethics", "rules".
It really worried me because it reminded me of the bank collapse in USA and in UK in 2008 and 2007. The bank doesn't have enough money reserved for their customers. I know that if investing in less liquidable securities might have liquidity issues, that is why I choose stocks. But I have never thought that the liquidity issue could come from a security company. The previous depression only mentioned banks but not security companies.
So far, my money is still not out yet. I am afraid that I would never dare to put my money into ANY USA security company.
One last sentence: just make them pleased and amused so that they satisfy. Otherwise, they will put their foot in your way when you are in the dark.
