I am a Canadian citizen stranded in Tokyo with my girlfriend right before a Typhoon and there isn t a single person to help? The woman I spoke to was like a broken record and kept telling me to send an inquiry email. When a typhoon is about to hit I don't think that's the best way to address my concerns. Do they genuinely think it s okay to ignore citizens like this?
