This was the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've had several over the years). On the sales side, both Jayden and Dylan were top notch. I was delighted when they offered to bring the car to me (in Lee's Summit) for a test drive - which is such a great example of putting customer needs first and removing barriers.
On the financing side, Hardeep was amazing! I really appreciated the style in which he worked - very no-nonsense, not high pressure and so respectful of my time which was so, so appreciated.
My #1 concern going in to this situation was feeling like I would be held hostage for hours at the dealership and all three guys heard my concern and proactively did what they could to get me out of there in a timely manner so I could go about my day.
