set up an express service appointment for my mb suv. it was 40k miles regular maintenance. i was told the service time would be max two hours. went to the dealership, dropped off the car and waited in the lounge. nearly an hour later someone came for me - they hadn't even looked at my car yet and told me it would take 4 hours or so and the price varied from $1070 to $2000+ depending on the service package i chose. i had checked with mb usa before, they told me the 40k maintenance should be about $540 for the basic package. i ended up leaving without service and called the coral gables dealership which quoted me $600 for the same package mb of miami is charging $1070 for. plus it includes express service - 1.5 hours average service time. i won't be driving back up to miami gardens again :(
