I have never encountered a company that cares about their patients and staff more than MGA! I have been a RN with MGA for about two and a half years now and I can't imagine working anywhere else. I knew MGA would be a good fit for me from my first encounter with my recruiter, who asked me about my nursing career goals, my work-life balance, what kind of schedule/work environment would nurture my quality of life. After he heard me out, he found the perfect position for me! In this position, I have seen that MGA will bend over backwards to benefit and advocate for their patients and families. You can tell that they tend to the families and nurses as if we are a part of theirs. I highly recommend MGA as a workplace and as an agency to care for your child/family!
