I stayed two nights at the apartement about three years ago and it was ok. shopping for souvenirs or clothes are easy there but don't buy electronics as the shops are not reliable there. I still remember the rates of the room; it's $ 50 - $ 55 (Sing dollar). Quite clean and reasonable price if you just need a place to sleep. However, the rooms are mostly occupied with those who want to check their health at Mount Elizabeth hopital. So, it was a bit uncomfortable to me.
